Glen Medders, Chair Dr. Glen Medders, a native of the Raleigh area, has been involved in the development of the LGBT Center for several years. He is a physician in Raleigh and active in many local organizations, including Equality NC, Human Rights Campaign, and the Raleigh Business and Professional Network. He feels strongly that the Center will strengthen and unify the many individuals and groups that make up our community. |

| Les Geller, Vice Chair & Gay & Gray Initiative Co-Chair Les Geller is a native of New Jersey who moved to the Triangle in 1994. A graduate of the Syracuse University School of Architecture he practiced architecture in New York and New Jersey, and now specializes in residential design in central North Carolina. He also was a member of the NC Gay and Lesbian Film Festival fundraising committee for four years. |

Justine Hollingshead, Secretary Justine Hollingshead has twenty plus years of success working as an administrator in Higher Education on various college campuses across the country, as well as in the business sector. She currently serves as the Director of the GLBT Center at NC State University. For the past fourteen years Ms. Hollingshead has coordinated an educational ally training program called Project SAFE at NC State University, has been a part of a national team of trainers for a diversity outreach program called The Beyond Tolerance Roadshow implemented by the American College Personnel Association, and is active in several local, regional and national organizations. |

| Chad Turner, Treasurer and Community Outreach Co-Chair Chad Turner describes himself as an Air Force brat who was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico, and has lived in many parts of the country. He did high fashion runway modeling in Milan and New York City. Before moving to Raleigh, he was in Real Estate and Property Management in Pennsylvania. He still loves to travel, but he loves to call Raleigh home. Currently, Chad is a Controller at a local hospitality company. He is passionate about the Center’s mission and its outreach. |

Erin Iannacchione, LGBT Center Librarian and Community Outreach Co-Chair Through the establishment of the Center's Library, Erin is dedicated to providing our community with access to resources for LGBT study and entertainment and to encourage exploration of the LGBT experience in a safe and welcoming environment. Erin resides in Raleigh and is a Corporate Librarian in the biopharmaceutical industry. She also serves as Membership Chairperson for the NC Chapter of the Special Libraries Association. |

| Lorraine Johnson, Gay & Gray Initiative Co-Chair Lorraine Johnson grew up between Baltimore and Annapolis, Maryland. She attended Campbell University, graduating with a degree in Trust Management and Estate Planning. She is the Principal of Triangle Financial Advisors, an independent financial planning and investment firm. Lorraine serves on the boards of Equality North Carolina and the LGBT Center of Raleigh. She spends as much time as possible with her partner of 16 years and enjoys music, theatre, and travel. |

Larry Leslie Larry Leslie is a native North Carolinian who grew up in Southern Pines. Attending Fayetteville State University, Larry earned a BA in Speech/Communication. While earning his degree, Larry worked in radio and television, serving as radio personality and television host. Larry went back to Fayetteville State in the early 90’s and earned Middle Grades Teaching Certification and has been in education for the last 18 years |

| Kelly Spaulding Kelly Spaulding, a native North Carolinian and local mover and shaker, earned a BA in English and Communications at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. Kelly became involved with the LBGT community when her best friend in high school came out to her and contracted HIV during the 80’s. Based on her experience, it became of great personal value to forge the straight and gay alliance that bonds many in the Triangle community. In addition to participating in a number of LBGT initiatives, Kelly is an avid lover of social media and marketing. |

Greg Tanner Greg Tanner is the Associate State Director for Community Outreach for AARP North Carolina. He has been employed with AARP for 8 years in his current position. Mr. Tanner responsibilities include consumer protection, diversity outreach, and working directly with local AARP chapters in eastern North Carolina. Through has work and outreach at AARP, he has helped the association increase the brand of AARP in diverse communities and within several organizations in North Carolina. He is a native of Durham. |
